Returned Items
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and in re-saleable condition. No refunds will be given on return or original carriage charges we cannot accept returns on made to order items i.e. covered buttons or webbing straps unless our mistake.

Non Delivered Items
In the unlikely event of parcels not delivered or lost we cannot compensate or replace items if the name and/or address you have given us is incorrect.
