MAXIMUM CARRIAGE CHARGE TO ANYWHERE IN THE UK £8.50 Royal Mail 1st class or City Link next working day
1st CLASS POST Will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Carrier. Orders received before noon other than at very busy times will be despatched that day, we can at times despatch same day until 2.00pm (please give us a ring on 01768779741 and we can confirm the despatch).Orders weighing over 3 Kilo will be sent by carrier (city link 24 hour a signiture will be required for this method)
Orders for made to your requirement (ercol and slot in straps, or covered buttons) can take up to 7 working days.
SECOND CLASS POST Royal Mail 2nd. class for deliveries anywhere in the UK (please note due to limitation of second class this option can only be offered with parcels under 2 kilo)
Off the shelf orders should reach you within 7 working days,

SMALL ITEMS that will fit through a Post Box (small orders of buttons, tacks etc.) will be sent Royal Mail 1st class
LATE DELIVERIES If you think your delivery is overdue please check with your local Royal mail delivery office,
we find that 95% of missing deliveries are waiting for collection,
if you contact us we can give you the package despatch date.
If we are out of stock of any items we will inform you and give you an expected
delivery date.
We do on occasions send orders in more than one parcel to keep postage to
a minimum.
